Nice park. Any of them for rent
I've lived in Sherwood Mobile Home Park for 6 years, it's a decent place to live. Now depending on which street you live on & which trailer your renting, some streets in the back are cracked an have alot of pot holes. There does tend to be alittle drainage problem here n there after it rains heavy, an you might find yourself walking thru mud & water just to get in & out ur house. Overall this place is pretty safe, I've been here for years & only heard about 2 or 3 times peoples vehilcles got broken in to.. but no major crimes or troubles! It has a nice "kinda new" park for the kiddos to play smack in the middle of the trailer park. An the landlord is nice, "as long as you pay your rent on time"!!! Lol
Go visit it yourself and you will see
The landlord is the most loving person on the planet and her husband works his heart out. Good place to live go see for yourself.
