have my car towed here with USAA....i hate going to shops cause im not good with stuff... but this shop allowed my dad to call and they explained it all to him...he knows cars very well....they did a great job on the repair and made the whole issue easier. so glad i came here. customer for life. thank you
The service was phenomenal and the employees are professional from the manager to the mechanics. Brought my 2011 Focus in for a tire repair and they had it done in less than 15 minutes. Called other places such as Patriot Auto Repair and Firestone, prices for repair was $48.59 and $27.94, respectively. 24 East charged $15 plus tax for a plug AND patch for a permanent repair. Fair prices and awesome treatment, I would recommend this auto shop to anyone in the Jacksonville area
I spoke with 24 East Auto regarding a military friend of mine's vehicle because of several errors being made. A lady stating she was the owner but refused to provide her name was extremely disrespectful. She mimicked everything I said and even changed her voice. I advised how unprofessional she was and she continued to mimick me like my 4 year old does then hung up the call. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! They do not care about our service men or women nor about the civilians. They will make errors on your vehicle and treat you horrifically no matter how much money yoi give them. He paid $11,000 up front. Horrible company.

I took my Jeep JK last week for some upgrades on my front bumper, winch, rear bumper, license plate bracket and running boards and what an amazing job they did!
